RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

As provided for in art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, modified by Legislative Decree 21/2014, ORIGINAL MOCASSIN S.r.l. may suspend the refund until the goods have been received or until the CUSTOMER has demonstrated that the goods have been returned to ORIGINAL MOCASSIN S.r.l..
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the CUSTOMER will receive an e-mail of acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by crediting PayPal.
If the package arrives visibly damaged, collect the package by signing with reservation, otherwise it will not be possible to request any refund.
ATTENTION: it is essential to indicate a delivery address to which someone is always present to receive the package.
